Information about your stay

Here is some key information, but if you have any questions before, during, or after your stay,
we are here to help.

Local Area

Located in the heart of Horley, our apartments are close to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, with excellent transport links including Horley Station and Gatwick Airport. The area also offers charming green spaces for a peaceful walk or jog.

Shared Outdoor Area

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor space, which is available to all four apartments. It’s ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day out. We kindly ask that all guests are considerate when using this communal area.

Gate and Parking

There is space behind the building for one parking space per apartment. Access is through a secure gate with an access code. There is also additional parking space at the front of the building and plenty of on-street parking nearby.

House Rules

We kindly ask all guests to treat the apartments and shared areas with care. Please note:

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or in the shared outdoor areas.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Parties or events are not allowed.
  • Children are welcome for short stays only, as our accommodation is designed with professional stays in mind.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair and flexible for all guests:

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 2-5 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
